Our website, assessments, and tools are provided for informational and business purposes. You agree to use them lawfully and not to misuse or interfere with their operation.

All content on 8signal.com, including text, graphics, tools, and assessments, is owned by 8 SIGNAL and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.

Third-Party Integrations

Our services may connect to third-party platforms (such as QuickBooks Online, email providers, and analytics tools). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Text Message Program

By providing your mobile number when booking a meeting with us, or by giving it to a member of our team, you agree to receive text messages from 8 SIGNAL relating to that meeting. These are appointment reminders and meeting-related messages only; we do not send marketing texts through this program.

Message frequency varies and is typically no more than a few messages per meeting. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us, and HELP for assistance. You may also contact us at managers@8signal.com. Our handling of mobile numbers is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our website or tools.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8 SIGNAL’s total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
