8SIGNAL is looking for a Customer Service & Support Virtual Assistant!
Job Description:
We’re looking for another member (of the world’s greatest team!) to assist clients using cloud-based customer support software and internal site management. Our Customer Service & Support Virtual Assistant’s responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients’ website concerns and delegating tasks to the appropriate 8SIGNAL team member
- Tracking billable customer service hours
- Onboarding new clients
- Adding clients to active marketing campaigns in 8SIGNAL’s system

Required Experience/Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to collaborate and work as a team member
- Organization and attention to detail
- Reliable phone, computer, and internet access
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Freshdesk

Where is the position located? 8SIGNAL is based in El Paso Texas but it is also made up of a fully remote team with members located across the country.
Compensation:
$13 to $15 dollars per hour depending upon skill level.
