Job Description:
We’re looking for another member (of the world’s greatest team!) to assist clients using cloud-based customer support software and internal site management. Our Customer Service & Support Virtual Assistant’s responsibilities include:
Assisting clients’ website concerns and delegating tasks to the appropriate 8SIGNAL team member
Tracking billable customer service hours
Onboarding new clients
Adding clients to active marketing campaigns in 8SIGNAL’s system

Required Experience/Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desire to collaborate and work as a team member
Organization and attention to detail
Reliable phone, computer, and internet access
Customer service experience is a plus
Familiarity with Freshdesk

Where is the position located? 8SIGNAL is based in El Paso Texas but it is also made up of a fully remote team with members located across the country.
Compensation:
$13 to $15 dollars per hour depending upon skill level.
